Types of Reports
This guide explains the different report types available in Hellotracks Business. These reports help you review your team’s field activity, performance over time, and operational efficiency.
Note: Some reports, such as Jobs, Day route, and Export Form Submissions, are available only with the Dispatch plan.

Jobs
Export all data related to Jobs, including information entered by the Worker such as start and end times, location, and notes.
Day route
View a list of Jobs completed on a specific day, including the location and time of each Job, to analyze daily routes and efficiency.
Export Places
Export all data related to your saved Places, including names, locations, and all associated details.
Alerts
View a list of all triggered alerts to track notable events.
Check-ins
View all automatic and manual check-ins and check-outs of your team, with total visit duration at your saved Places.
Timesheet
View a summary of your team’s clock-in and clock-out times.
Export Members
Export all member data, such as names, roles, and contact information.
Mileage Report
View detailed mileage data for your team, with start and end time, distance, duration, speed, and location for each trip.
Place on-site times
View data on the time spent at specific Places, with start and end time and total visit duration.
On-site times of your team
Get a report on the total time each team member spends at different Places.
Stops
View data on stops made by your team at Places and Jobs, or other stationary locations, with idle time duration.
Trips as GPX-file
Download tracks in GPX format for advanced analysis with external tools like gpsvisualizer.com.
Activities Report
View a list of actions and events performed by your team, with details on when they occurred and who performed them.
Timeline Report
View actions and events in chronological order to review progress and activity over time.
Worksheet
Gain insights into trips, stops at Places and Jobs, pauses at stationary locations, logins, and other related activities of your team.
Time Allocation Report
View a detailed breakdown of each member’s time across active working hours, time spent at Places, and travel time between locations.
Statistics
View a comprehensive summary of key metrics across Jobs, member activity, on-site times, travel, pauses, and overall performance.
Export Form Submissions
Export all data submitted by your team in the field from forms.
