How to Record Clock Ins/Outs for Timesheet Report
This guide shows Administrators how team members record their clock-ins and clock-outs in the mobile app, and how to access those records for Timesheet reporting.
Before you start: Make sure Workers can deactivate tracking is enabled in your Company Settings. The tracking toggle serves as the team member’s clock in (tracking on) and clock out (tracking off) in the mobile app. To learn how to enable this setting, click here.

How to Clock In/Out from Mobile App
Advise your team to follow the steps below in the mobile app.
Step 1: Open the Hellotracks app on your Apple or Android device.
Step 2: To clock in, set the tracking toggle to 'Active.'

Step 3: To clock out, set the tracking toggle to 'Not in service.'

How to View Clock In/Out Records in the Web Dashboard
Step 1: Go to Analyze from the main menu, then select Timesheet.

Note: Administrators and Operators can manually add, edit, or delete recorded clock in/out entries in the web dashboard.

How to Export Timesheet Report
Step 1: Go to Analyze from the main menu, then select Reports.

Step 2: Select Create new reports.

Step 3: Choose Timesheet as the report type, then click Start.

Note: You also have the option to set up recurring report, which is automatically generated based on your preferred schedule. To learn how to set up a recurring report, click here.
Step 4: Select the member(s) you want to include in the report, then click Accept and Next.

Step 5: Select the start and end dates for the report, then click Next.

Step 6: Confirm the format (pdf or xlsx) and click Download.
