How to Use Planner
Planner gives you a visual, week-long view of every Job assigned to your team. See Sunday through Saturday side by side, with Job counts, working hours, and on-site and travel time all in one board, instead of checking each member's schedule one at a time. Drag Jobs between days and members to rebalance the week, or use Plan week to generate a proposed plan and flag Jobs that require review.
Step 1: Go to Dispatch from the main menu, then select Planner.

Step 2: Use the < and > arrows to move between weeks, or click Today to return to the current week. Alternatively, click the date range to open the calendar and jump to the week containing a specific date.

Step 3: Click Members to add or remove members from the board, or leave it on Auto to automatically include anyone with Jobs scheduled that week.

Step 4: In Members, click Show or Hide next to Unassigned lane to show or hide unassigned Jobs for that week.

Step 5: Click Filter members to search for a specific member's schedule.

Step 6: Drag a Job to a different day or member to reassign it.

Step 7: Click Plan week to generate a proposed plan. Select the days to include and check Include unassigned jobs if needed, then click Plan week again to confirm.

A summary appears at the bottom of the board, along with any Jobs flagged for review if no day had room for them.
Quick tips:
- Each day column shows the total scheduled Jobs. Each member row shows the total assigned Jobs, scheduled hours, and a daily load bar comparing on-site and travel time against the member’s available working hours (e.g., 3.3h of 7h).

- A colored dot beside each Job shows its current status: green for completed, red for an issue, orange for in progress, blue for started, and black for scheduled.
- Jobs with a strikethrough have been completed.

- Recurring routes are marked with a clock icon. If a recurring route is already scheduled, its progress shows (e.g., 2/5 completed). If not, click the clock icon to add that day’s jobs to the board immediately, or wait for them to be added according to the recurring schedule.
