How to: Create a Recurring Route

Recurring Routes enable you to create routes with Jobs that follow a recurring pattern, such as daily or weekly, to simplify the dispatching process for your team.

You can create a recurring route in two main ways: by creating a new empty one, or by saving an existing route.

Method 1: Create a New Empty Recurring Route

Step 1: Go to the Dispatch menu, then click the (+) New empty recurring route button.

Step 2: Enter a route name and click Save.

Step 3: Your new route is now saved! You can load it at any time by clicking Recurring routes to view it in the saved list.

Step 4: Begin dragging the Jobs into your new route board. Within the board, you can rearrange their order by dragging them.

  • To remove a Job, click on it and click the trash icon.

Method 2: Save an Existing Route as a Recurring Route

Step 1: To save a member's route as a recurring route, open the route and click the three-dot icon. Then, select Save as recurring route.

Assigning a Recurring Route

Step 1: From the Recurring routes list, click the name of the route you want to assign to load it onto the board

Step 2: You can assign rules for your route, either as a one-time occurrence or choose to automatically assign it to a team member on a set schedule.

Step 3: To set up the recurring route, select the team member and specify the days you want it to occur.

Note: You can always edit your recurring routes at any time.
