How to: Edit Recurring Route

This guide shows you how to make changes to your existing recurring routes.

Step 1: Go to the Dispatch menu, then click Recurring routes.

Step 2: Choose the recurring route you want to edit, then hover over it to see and click the Add to Board icon (arrow pointing right) to load it onto the main board.


Step 3: Edit the route name and assigned members.

  • To edit the route name: Click the pencil icon next to the route name at the top of the board, enter the new name, and click Save.

  • To edit members to assign: Click Select Member under "Assign once now" or "Recurringly assign to," then choose or change the team members and schedule.

Step 4: Reorder or delete jobs in the route.

  • To reorder jobs, drag and drop them to your desired position within the route list on the board.

  • To delete a job from the route, click on the specific job card, then click the trash can icon at the bottom left of the job details window.
