Trips versus Stops

Trips represent the entire route traveled and show the following details:

  • Time - Starting time and end time.
  • Location - Starting point and destination.
  • Quality - Accuracy of the location data based on factors like GPS signal, internet connectivity, device performance, etc.
  • Distance - Total distance traveled.
  • Duration - Total time spent.
  • Purpose and comment - Additional details about the trip.

Stops refer to pauses during a trip and include:

  • at place
  • at job
  • pause (for generic or random locations not registered as Places or Jobs)
