Trips versus Stops

Trips represent the entire route traveled and show the following details:

• Time - Starting time and end time.
• Location - Starting point and destination.
• Quality - Accuracy of the location data based on factors like GPS signal, internet connectivity, device performance, etc.
• Distance - Total distance traveled.
• Duration - Total time spent.

• Approval - Status of the trip’s purpose and comment (e.g., Pending or Approved).

Stops refer to pauses during a trip and are categorized as:

• At place
• At job
• Stationary (for generic or random locations not registered as Places or Jobs)

Additional detail shown:

• Zones - Displayed when a stop occurs within a created Zone.
