How to: Set Trip Purpose and Comment

This guide explains how to set preset Trip Purpose and Trip Comment lists that team members select from in the mobile app for clearer review and reporting.

Step 1: Click the dropdown menu under your profile and select CompanyOr, go to Settings at the bottom of the main menu and select Company Settings.

Step 2: Select Company Settings.

Step 3: In the Trip Purpose List, enter the preset options for your Workers to select from in the mobile app. Additionally, you can add preset options to the Trip Comment List as needed.

Result: In the mobile app, Workers select trip purposes and comments from the preset lists in My trips (e.g., Purpose: Inspection; Comment: Arrived on time).

Step 4: In Location, you can view the trip purpose and comment selected by your Workers for each trip. To learn how to view registered trips, click here.
