How to: View a Member’s Timeline

If you previously accessed Timeline from the main menu, it is now available under Location.

Timeline shows a chronological overview of your team member's events, including:

• when tracking is activated or deactivated
• logins and logouts
• check-ins and check-outs at Places or Jobs (including Zones)
• Jobs marked as completed or as issues
• registered trips

This view helps visualize their progress and activity over time.

Step 1: Go to the Location menu and select the date you want to view timeline for.

Step 2: Click the Timeline icon.

Step 3: Select the member.

Step 4: Select All events to see all events, or select Only trips to see trips for the selected day.

Step 5: Click < at the top to open Time Slider, then drag it left or right to review movements at a specific time on the map.

Step 6: Click the Play button on the map to automatically replay the trips and view stops over time.
