How to: Enable/Disable Tracking

Step 1: Click the dropdown menu under your profile and select Company. Or, go to Settings from the Manage section of the main menu and select Company Settings.

Step 2: Select Member Permissions.

Step 3: In Permissions for Workers, click the box beside 'Workers can deactivate tracking' to enable or disable the functionality in the mobile app. Click Save.

If you want to disable your Workers' ability to deactivate tracking, you can set the working hour schedule for the team they belong to or per individual Worker. The tracking will then automatically deactivate outside the specified working hours. To learn how to set a working hour schedule, click here.

In the mobile app, the tracking switch will be removed for the Workers when disabling this option.
