How to: Enable/Disable Tracking
This guide explains how to control whether your team members can manually enable or disable their tracking on the Hellotracks mobile app.
Step 1: Click the dropdown menu under your profile and select Company. Or, go to Settings at the bottom of the main menu and select Company Settings.
Step 2: Select Member Permissions.
Step 3: In Permissions for Workers, click the box beside 'Workers can deactivate tracking' to enable or disable the functionality in the mobile app. Click Save.
- If enabled: Workers will see a tracking switch in their mobile app, allowing them to turn tracking on or off as needed, which is ideal for flexible hours. The tracking only works when this switch is enabled by the worker.

- If disabled: The tracking switch will be removed from the Workers' mobile app, meaning they cannot manually deactivate tracking.

If you want to disable your Workers' ability to deactivate tracking, you can set the working hour schedule for the team they belong to or per individual Worker.
