How to: Create a Working Hour Schedule
You can set a working hour schedule for each member or the entire team to help manage Job auto-assignment and tracking limits outside working hours.
How to: Create a Working Hour Schedule for a Member
Step 1: Go to Members from the Manage section of the main menu.
Step 2: Click the Open Profile icon of the member.
Step 3: Select Working hours.
Step 4: Enable Use individual working hours and set the working hours for the member, then click Save.
How to: Create a Working Hour Schedule for a Team
Step 1: Go to Teams from the Manage section of the main menu.
Step 2: Click Team Working Hours.
Step 3: Set the team working hours, then click Save.
Note: To prevent overruling the team’s working hours, make sure the option to use individual working hours for team members is disabled (see Step 4 in 1. How to: Create a Working Hour Schedule for a Member).
