How to: Create a Working Hour Schedule

This guide shows you how to set a working hour schedule for your members or an entire team. By defining working hours, you can control automatic job assignments and location tracking, ensuring your operations and data collection are accurate and respectful of your team's schedule.

  1. How to: Create a Working Hour Schedule for a Member


Step 1: Go to Members from the Manage section of the main menu.

Step 2: Click the Open Profile icon of the member.

Step 3: Select Working hours.

Step 4: Enable Use individual working hours and set the working hours for the member, then click Save.


  1. How to: Create a Working Hour Schedule for a Team


Step 1: Go to Teams from the Manage section of the main menu.

Step 2: Click Team Working Hours.

Step 3: Set the team working hours, then click Save.

Note: To prevent overruling the team’s working hours, make sure the option to use individual working hours for team members is disabled (see Step 4 in 1. How to: Create a Working Hour Schedule for a Member).
