How to Limit Location Data

This guide shows Administrators how to limit location data for their team members using Zones. Location data will not be registered outside the selected Zones, so this option is often used where a works agreement or privacy commitment requires that movement outside defined work areas is not recorded.

Step 1: Click the dropdown menu next to your profile and select Company. Or, go to Settings at the bottom of the main menu and select Company Settings.

Step 2: Select Location & tracking from the side menu.

Step 3: In Location data, add the Zone(s) where you want tracking to be recorded, then click Save. To learn how to create a Zone, click here.
