What is the difference between the Location and Dispatch Plans?
Hellotracks Business has two main plans, plus Enterprise for larger rollouts.
Location shows you where your team is, where they have been, and how long they stayed. It suits patrols, inspections, and crews who are not sent individual jobs.
Dispatch includes everything in Location and adds job management — sending work to the field, routing it, and capturing proof of every visit. It suits service, delivery and maintenance teams, and anyone who assigns work.
