What is the price of Hellotracks Business?

Hellotracks Business offers different pricing plans, each with its own features and benefits that fit the needs and budget of your business.

Pricing is per user, per month. You can choose to be billed annually or monthly. Annual billing works out at two months free.

Everyone who needs a login counts as a user, including Administrators and Operators.

Billing and contract

There is no contract and no setup fee. Monthly plans run month to month; yearly plans are charged in full at the start of the period and renew once a year. You can cancel either from your dashboard.

On monthly plans, billing is per user and prorated, so if you add a member mid-month you only pay for the days they are on the account. Removing a member stops the charge.

Choosing your plan during the trial

From day 14 of your free trial, the web dashboard asks you to choose a plan and add a card. It shows what your team used during the trial and highlights the plan that fits.

Pricing is charged for your whole team based on your number of licences, in the currency shown. Nothing is charged before your trial ends.
