How to Set Up Payments
During your free trial, the web dashboard asks for your plan and your card in one window. Set them up any time before the trial ends, and nothing changes for your team when it does. Only Administrators can set up payments.
Note: Nothing is charged before your trial ends. The price is for your whole team, by your company's number of licenses, and you are charged in the currency shown.
Step 1: From day 14 of your trial, the plan window opens by itself once a day. To open it any time, click the trial ring in the top bar. It shows the days left; point at it to see the date your trial ends and the plan that fits your team.
In the last four days of the trial, a line at the top of the map says when it ends. Click Choose your plan there to open the same window.
Step 2: Answer Do you tell your team what to do each day? by clicking Location or Dispatch. The plan that fits what your team used in the trial is marked Fits what you used.
Step 3: Choose Monthly or Yearly. On the right you see the price for your whole team, for example 8 people × $15 and $120 a month.
Step 4: Enter your card details in the card field, then click Choose Dispatch (or Choose Location). Your plan starts on its own when the trial ends.

If your trial has ended
When the trial has ended without a card, the web dashboard shows Your trial has ended. Everything is saved. Your team, Places and history stay as they are. Choose your plan, enter your card and click Start Dispatch (or Start Location). The plan is charged from that day. To leave without choosing, click Log out.
Change your card later
Click your name at the top of the main menu and select Billing. Under Payment method, click Add payment method.
