How to Set Up Payments
Your free trial may have ended, causing your team’s access to be paused. To reactivate your Hellotracks Business account and keep all data intact, you will need to set up your payment method.
Step 1: Click the dropdown menu next your profile and select Billing. Or, go to Settings at the bottom of the main menu and select Billing.

Step 2: In Payment Method, click Setup payment method now.

Step 3: Enter your card details and confirm.

Once your subscription is active, you will be charged when your first invoice is due.
