Does Hellotracks track location 24/7?

Hellotracks does not track location 24/7. The mobile app only sends location updates during working hours and only when the user turns the tracking toggle ON, which sets their status to “Active.” Once the user switches the tracking toggle OFF or sets their status to “Not in Service,” all tracking stops immediately.
