How to: Access Calendar View

Calendar shows a clear time-based overview of a team member’s Job assignments for the week, placed according to their scheduled times based on route calculation and working hours. This makes it easy to spot open time blocks, overlaps, and workload imbalances at a glance.


Step 1: Go to the Dispatch menu. 

Step 2: Choose the team member you want to view, then click Add to Board.

Step 3: Select Calendar.

Note: The current day is highlighted in green. When you change the calendar date picker above, the selected day is highlighted in blue in the calendar table.
