Understand Waypoint Colors
When tracking a user's live location or route on the map, you will see a trail of colored dots (Waypoints). These dots help you quickly identify movement patterns, speed changes, and stops. By looking at the color trail on the map, you can easily tell if field staff were moving fast, slowing down, walking, or stationary, giving you a clear visual history of their location data.
- Purple: Faster movement (higher speeds).
- Dark blue: Moderate speed, slower than purple.
- Light blue: Low speed, close to stopping.
- White: Location updates without consistent speed or intermittent signal.
- Green: Slow, active movement (e.g., walking or indoors).
- Red: Indicates a stop (time spent stationary at a location or task).
