How to: Solve Route

This feature is currently in beta.

Solve Route provides solutions for optimizing routes by reordering and unassigning Jobs that do not meet set constraints, considering the time windows, capacity, skills, and working hours for the team members.

Step 1: Go to the Dispatch / Jobs menu. 

Step 2: Select the team member you want to optimize route for, then click Add to Board.

Step 3:  Click Solve Route.

Step 4: Select the constraints you want to include, then click Start.

Step 5: Jobs will be reordered for the fastest and most efficient route taking into account the constraints you set. If it doesn't meet the criteria or requirements, it will be automatically unassigned to the team member.
