How to: Set Predefined Trip Purposes

Step 1: Click the dropdown menu under your profile and select Company. Or, go to Settings from the Manage section of the main menu and select Company Settings.

Step 2: Select Company Settings.

Step 3: In the Trip Purpose List, enter the predefined options for your Workers to select from in the mobile app. Additionally, you can add predefined options to the Trip Comment List as needed.

In the mobile app, Workers can select from the list of predefined options available for their tracks.


Step 4: In Tracks & Stops, you can view the predefined selections of your Workers in the mobile app. 

Step 5: Trip Purposes and Comments will be added to each track entry and will be available in the Mileage and Worksheet Reports. To learn how to create a report, click here.
