How to: Deactivate my Business Account
This guide will show you how to deactivate your Business account, which effectively cancels your subscription and pauses your team's access while keeping your data intact for potential reactivation.
Step 1: Click the dropdown menu under your profile and select Billing. Or, go to Settings at the bottom of the main menu.
Step 2: Select Billing, then click Deactivate to proceed with deactivating the account.
