How to Become a Hellotracks Affiliate

The Hellotracks Affiliate Program is a simple, self-service way to refer companies or field teams to Hellotracks.

You can enroll directly from your Hellotracks Business account. After enrolling, use the Affiliate Dashboard to copy your referral link, customize your referral code, share the link with potential customers, and track referral activity.

When a referred company signs up through your link and reaches the required paid-invoice milestone, you may receive a referral incentive based on the current affiliate terms.

Step 1: Open your Hellotracks Business account. If you do not have an account yet, sign up here.

Step 2: Go to Settings from the main menu, then click Enroll as affiliate.

Step 3: Once affiliate enrollment is enabled, click Open Affiliate Dashboard.

Step 4: In the Affiliate Dashboard, copy your Referral Link. To customize the referral code first, click Edit code.

Step 5: Share your referral link with potential customers.

Step 6: Track your signups, trials, paid customers, and commissions from the top summary cards.

Step 7: Review referral and commission details in Referred Customers and Commission Ledger.

Step 8: Receive the applicable incentive when a referral becomes eligible.
