How to Delete a Form

This guide explains how to delete a Form that is no longer relevant and prevent your team members from filling out an outdated form in the field.

Before you start: Deleting a Form permanently removes it from use and it can no longer be attached to Places or Jobs. Existing submissions remain saved, but you won’t be able to export them afterward. Export the submissions before deleting. To learn how to export Form submissions, click here.

Step 1: Go to Insights from the main menu, then select Forms.

Step 2: Click the gear icon on the Form you want to delete.

Step 3: Click the Delete icon and confirm by clicking Delete.
