How to: Attach a Form to a Place
Hellotracks Business allows you to create custom forms that can be attached to Jobs or Places for your field staff to fill out.
Before attaching a form to a Job or Place, make sure you have created and saved your form. To learn how to create a form, click here.
Step 1: Go to Places from the Manage section of the main menu.
Step 2: Select the Place you want to attach the form to and click Edit places.
Step 3: Add the form in Linked Forms, then click Apply.
Note: You can attach multiple forms to a Job or Place.
To review the responses submitted to the form, go to Forms from the Insights section of the main menu, click on the specific form, and then select the Recent Submissions tab.
