Lost or Updated Your Phone?
You don't have to worry about losing your data. All information is securely backed up on our servers. Simply re-download the Hellotracks app on your new device and sign in with your account credentials. All of your data and settings will be restored.
Reactivate a Deactivated Account
If your account has been temporarily deactivated, you may be able to reactivate it by simply logging in again. By logging back in, you can restore your account access.
What if I don't receive the password reset or confirmation email?
