Hellotracks generates a variety of reports, each designed to provide detailed information on different aspects of your operations. Here are the types of reports you can generate and the data they include:

Activity & Performance Reports

• Activities Report: Get a comprehensive view of all actions and events performed by your team.
• Timeline Report: See all actions and events in a chronological overview, providing a detailed history of your team's day.
• Statistics: View a comprehensive summary of key metrics and data points to assess overall performance.

Job-Specific Reports

• Jobs: Export all data related to jobs, including details, status, and assigned members.
• Day Route: View all job-related data for a specific day, perfect for analyzing daily routes and schedules.
• Worksheet: Gain insights into travel times, on-site times at stops, pauses, logins, and other job-related activities.
• Export Form Submissions: Export all data from completed form submissions for a detailed record of work performed.

Location & Movement Reports

• Mileage Report: Get a detailed view of all data related to miles traveled by your team.
• Trips as GPX-file: Download tracks in GPX format, which you can use for advanced analysis with external tools like gpsvisualizer.com.
• Stops: View information on all pauses during a trip, including stops at places, jobs, or other locations, along with idle time duration.

Time & Attendance Reports

• Place on-site times: View data on the total time spent at specific Places.
