How to: Understand Job Status Indicators

This guide serves as a visual key to help you understand the status of jobs at a glance. By using color-coded icons, Hellotracks provides an immediate overview of your team’s progress, allowing you to quickly identify which jobs are started, in progress, completed, or have an issue.

Here are the icons to help you understand changes in a Job status:

• Black: Scheduled. The Job has been planned but not yet started.

  

• Blue: Started. The worker has seen the Job and is either on their way or has just begun the Job.

  

• Orange: In progress. The worker has arrived at the Job location and is actively working.

  

• Red: Issue. The worker has reported an issue.

  

• Green: Done. Th worker has confirmed completion.
