How to: Understand Job Status Indicators

Here are the icons to help you understand changes in a Job status. The pinpoint of a Job changes color to show different statuses and provide clarity on its progress.

• Black: Scheduled.

  

• Blue: Accepted. Worker has viewed and is aware of the Job.

  

• Orange: In progress. Worker has arrived at Job location.

  

• Red: Issue. Worker has reported an issue.

  

• Green: Done. Worker has confirmed completion.
