How to: Create a Job with Slack

Step 1: Log into your Slack account and ensure that Slack integration is enabled in Hellotracks. To learn how to integrate with Slack, click here.

Step 2: Select a channel or a direct message, click the [ / ] slash icon, and then click New Job.

Step 3: Enter all the necessary information for the Job, and click Save. The Job will be created in your Hellotracks account.

Alternatively, you can create a Job with slash commands. Simply enter /job in the message field and click Send.

Step 4: Once created, each Job has a unique identifier in your Slack workspace. You can edit the Job by entering /job followed by the unique identifier in the message field and Send.
