How to: Archive a Job

This guide explains how to archive jobs in Hellotracks, allowing you to move completed or inactive tasks out of your active job list while retaining their data for future reference or restoration.

Step 1: Go to the Dispatch menu and select All jobs, or select a team member whose Job you want to archive.

Step 2: Select the Job you want to archive. 

Step 3: From the Job overview, click the Archive icon.

Step 4: To archive multiple Jobs at once, select the Jobs you want to archive.

Step 5: Go to the Edit jobs menu above. Then, click Archive and Yes to confirm.

Step 6: In All jobs, toggle the Active/Archived jobs switch to view archived Jobs.

Note: Archived Jobs will be removed from the list. You will also have the option to restore or delete archived Jobs. To learn how to restore archived Jobs, click here.
