How to: Archive a Job
Step 1: Go to the Dispatch / Jobs menu and select List of all jobs, or select a team member whose Job you want to archive.
Step 2: Select the Job you want to archive.
Step 3: From the Job overview, click the Archive icon.
You can also archive multiple Jobs at once by selecting them, and then going to the Edit jobs menu above. Click Archive.
Step 4: From the List of all jobs, click Active Jobs to switch to viewing the archived Jobs.
Note: Archived Jobs will be removed from the list. You will also have the option to restore or delete archived Jobs. To learn how to restore archived Jobs, click here.
