How to: Delete Account on Mobile
This guide explains how private users can delete their Hellotracks account directly from the mobile app.
Step 1: Open the Hellotracks app on your Apple or Android device.
Step 2: Tap on the main menu in the upper left corner.
Step 3: Tap the three-dot icon, then select Delete user.
Step 4: Confirm to delete the user account permanently.
Note: Deleting an account on mobile is only available to private users. If the Delete user option is not visible, it means your account is likely part of a Hellotracks Business team, and this option is not available to you.
