How to: Delete Account on Mobile

Step 1: Open the Hellotracks app on your Apple or Android device.

Step 2: Tap on the main menu in the upper left corner.

Step 3: Tap the three-dot icon, then select Delete user.

Step 4: Confirm to delete the user account permanently.

Note: Deleting an account is only available to private users. If you wish to delete your account, please contact the Administrator of your Hellotracks Business account.
