Certifications, compliance, and data agreements

Hellotracks is GDPR compliant and HIPAA compliant. We do not currently hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.

Data is hosted in Germany, within the European Economic Area, and all processing on our infrastructure complies with GDPR. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Can you sign a BAA or a DPA?

Yes, both. Send your organisation’s template to support@hellotracks.com and we will arrange signing. If you do not have your own template, let us know and we will provide ours.
