How to Read Job Day Progress in Dispatch

Job Day Progress gives you a live view of how each team member's day is unfolding, without opening every route one by one. In Dispatch, each member row shows their jobs laid out against a shared time scale, their current status, and when they're projected to finish.

Step 1: Go to Dispatch from the main menu.

Step 2: In Assigned, look at the time scale at the top of the member list (e.g., 12a to 8p) to see the current time, marked by a small dot along the scale.

Step 3: Each member row shows their jobs as a segmented bar placed against that time scale, so you can see how their day compares to right now.

Step 4: Check the badge next to a member's name for their current status. A blue ETA badge shows the scheduled arrival time and job number for their next stop (e.g., ETA 08:18 AM #5). An orange badge shows they're currently at a job and how long they've been there (e.g., At #5 40m).

Step 5: Hover over a member's bar to see a quick count of jobs done versus jobs left for that day.

Step 6: Check the time on the right of each row to see that member's projected finish time for the day.

Note:

• The job count next to each bar (e.g., x5) shows the total jobs assigned to that member that day.

•  A member row with no segmented bar has no jobs assigned for that day.
