Can I change my email address or username?

At Hellotracks, it is important to distinguish between your Username (used to log in) and your Contact Email (used for communications).

Username

Your username serves as your unique identifier within the system. Because of this, it cannot be edited or changed once the profile has been created.

If a team member absolutely needs to update their username, you will need to create a new profile for that person and delete the old one.

Contact email address

Yes, it is possible to change the address where you receive notifications and communications. You can update your contact email at any time from your profile.

How to update your contact email:

Step 1: Click the drop-down menu next to your profile and then select your profile. Or, go to Settings at the bottom of the main menu and select My settings .

Step 2: On the Profile tab, scroll down to the Contact section and enter your new address in the Email field .

Step 4: Click on Verify E-mail to confirm the validity of the new address.

Step 5: Click Save to save the changes.
