How to Integrate with HubSpot

This guide explains how to integrate HubSpot with Hellotracks to connect HubSpot tickets to Hellotracks jobs.

1. Connect HubSpot in Hellotracks

Step 1: In Hellotracks, go to Settings and select API & Integrations.

Step 2: Under HubSpot, click Connect.

Step 3: If prompted, sign in to your HubSpot account.

Step 4: Select the HubSpot account you want to connect.

Step 5: Connect the Hellotracks app to complete the connection.

2. Configure Field Mapping

Step 6: Once connected, configure your field mappings to define how HubSpot ticket fields map to Hellotracks job fields.
