How to: Update a Member Role
This guide shows you how to change a team member's role and permissions. You can easily promote or demote a user, giving them the right level of access to manage the platform, assign tasks, or perform field activities.
Step 1: Go to Members from the Manage section of the main menu.
Step 2: Click the Open Profile icon of the member you want to update.
Step 3: Select Profile, then choose the new role. To learn about the difference between each role, click here.
Step 4: Click Save.
