How to: Create a Job from a Template

This guide shows you how to use pre-made job templates to quickly create new jobs. By starting with a template, you can save a lot of time on data entry and make sure all the details are correct every time. It’s perfect for tasks you do over and over.

Step 1: Go to the Dispatch menu and select Templates.

Step 2: Choose the template to use for the Job, then click + Job and Create.

Alternatively, from the member's board, you can click the (+) button and select Create new job from template to create the Job.

Step 3: From the list of available templates, select the one you wish to use to create your job from.

Step 4: Fill in any additional details or make necessary adjustments, then click OK.
