Set Up Your Hellotracks Business Account
To set up your Hellotracks Business account, you need to create an account on our website or mobile app. If you sign up for a 30-day free trial, you will not be required to enter payment details. This guide will walk you through the process:
Signing Up from the Website
Step 1: Visit https://www.hellotracks.com/ and click Start 30-day free trial.
Step 2: Click Continue with Google or Continue with Email. If you select Continue with Google, sign in with your Google account and proceed to Step 6.
Step 3: Enter your name, then enter your email address and create a password.
Step 4: Answer a couple of questions tailored to your business needs or choose to Skip all questions.
Step 5: Click Go to Dashboard and check your email to complete your account verification.
Step 6: Enter your company address and company name, then click Next.
Step 7: Select your preferred map type, then click Continue to start your free trial.
Signing Up from the Mobile App
If you prefer to sign up via the mobile app:
Step 1: Visit https://hellotracks.com/ and click Sign In in the upper right corner to log in.
Step 2: Once logged in, you can upgrade your account to Hellotracks Business by clicking Try Business.
Step 3: After the quick setup, you can further update your company profile. Simply click the dropdown menu under your profile and select Company.
Signing In
Step 1: Visit https://www.hellotracks.com/ and click Sign In in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Enter your username or email address and password, then click Login, or sign in automatically with Google.
Signing Out
Step 1: Click the dropdown menu under your profile.
Step 2: Click Sign Out.
Congratulations! Your Hellotracks Business account setup is complete! You have the opportunity to maximize your trial experience and explore all the features, including Hellotracks Business - Location, Hellotracks Business - Dispatch, and Hellotracks Enterprise.
