Create, Share, & Delete an Invite Code

Invite codes are a simple way to onboard new members, letting them join your Hellotracks Business account directly from the mobile app.  Anyone who signs up using an invite code is automatically assigned the Worker role.

Create and Share an Invite Code

Step 1: Go to Manage from the main menu, then select Members.

Step 2: Click (+) Create new invite code.

Step 3: Share the invite code, or copy and share the link with your team.

Delete an Invite Code

Step 1: To delete an active code manually, simply expand the invite code menu and click the trash can icon.
