How to: Download & Sign Up in Hellotracks

This guide explains how to download the Hellotracks mobile app and sign up for an account.

Note: If you are part of a team, please make sure to coordinate with your Administrator regarding the best signup method for your team.

Step 1: Search and install the Hellotracks app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

Step 2: Once installed, open the Hellotracks app. You will see options to sign up, click the one you prefer.

Step 3: Complete your registration details:

If you chose "Continue with Apple" or "Continue with Google": Follow the prompts from Apple or Google to authorize Hellotracks.
If you chose "Continue with email": Enter your email address. You will also have the option to "Create username instead" if you prefer.

Step 4: Enter your name.

Step 5: Create your password.

Your account setup is now complete! You can log in using the credentials you have just created.
