How to: Send an Emergency Alert

This guide shows you how to send an emergency alert from the mobile app. In case of an emergency, you can quickly send a message and your exact location to your network, ensuring your team knows you need help.

Step 1: Open the Hellotracks app on your Apple or Android device.

Step 2: Tap and hold the Layer View button for three seconds.

Note: After the emergency countdown begins, you have 10 seconds to cancel. At the end of the 10-second countdown, an emergency alert message and your current location will be sent to everyone in your network.
