How to: Reset a Password

Step 1: Open the Hellotracks app on your Apple or Android device. 

Step 2: Tap the Log in button, then tap Forgot password?.

Step 3: Enter your username or email address associated with the Hellotracks Business account. Tap OK.

Step 4: A link will be sent to your email where you can reset your password.
