How to: Modify the Radius of a Place

Places (Geofences) are useful when wanting to use automatic check-ins and check-outs. This helps eliminate human error in manual entries at work stops and is particularly beneficial for recurring locations, such as head offices or repeat customer sites.

Step 1: Open the Hellotracks app on your Apple or Android device. 

Step 2: Tap on the main menu in the upper left corner. 

Step 3: Select My places.

Step 4: From your list, tap on the Place that you want to modify. 

Step 5: Tap on the map, then use the sliding scale to adjust the radius around the Place.
