How to: Modify the Radius of a Place (Mobile App)

Step 1: Open your Hellotracks app.

Step 2: Open the 'Main' menu, click on My Places and then click on the Place, from your Places list, you want to amend.

Step 3: Click on the 'Radius' button and use the sliding scale to change the radius around the Place (Geofence)

Note* Geofences (Places) are useful when wanting to use automatic features like automatic check-in and check-outs by your field staff, it can eliminate human error in the manual check-in and check-out at work stops. This is especially useful when field staff go to a Place that is recurrent (e.g. Head office, repeat customers, etc.)
