How to: Employees Login on the Mobile App

This guide explains how employees can log in to the Hellotracks mobile app using their assigned credentials.

Step 1: Open the Hellotracks app on your Apple or Android device. 


Step 2: Tap the Log in button.

Step 3: Enter your credentials. Your login depends on how your Administrator or Operator set up your account:

    • Via email: If you were added with an email address, your email address is your username.
    • Via username: If you were added with a direct username, your Administrator or Operator will give you a specific username and password.
    • Via invite code: If you were invited via code, use the email or username you created when you signed up for your account.

Step 4: After entering your credentials, click Log In. The app will then verify your credentials and log you into your Hellotracks account.
