How to: Use Statistics

This guide shows you how to use statistics to get a detailed overview of your team’s performance. Statistics turn your team’s daily activity into key metrics, giving you the data you need to analyze job progress, track performance, and make smarter decisions.

Step 1: Go to Statistics from the Analyze section of the main menu.

Step 2: Review the statistics tab, which automatically tracks:

  • Job Stats (Total Assigned Jobs, Success rate, Issue rate, Engagement rate, etc.)
  • Member Stats (Members, On the way, Stationary, etc.)
  • Onsite Time Stats
  • Job Performance
  • Travel Stats
  • Other Statistics (Speed, # of Tracks, Jobs, On-Time, etc.)

Step 3: Apply a date filter and select specific team members to view statistics.
