How to: Turn On/Off Push Notifications with Sound

This guide explains how to control Hellotracks push notifications, whether you want them to play sound or stay silent. The steps may vary depending on your device settings.

Step 1: Go to Settings and select Hellotracks.

Step 2: Tap Notifications and turn Allow Notifications ON.

Step 3: Toggle Sound ON or OFF.

Step 4: If turning sound ON, make sure your device is not in Silent/Vibrate mode.

Step 5: Raise the volume settings for alerts and notifications.
