How to: Understand Waypoint Colors
Waypoint colors help you quickly identify movement patterns, speed changes, and stops along a route. By looking at the color trail on the map, you can tell where the field staff was moving fast, slowing down, walking, or stationary, giving you a clear visual history of the location data.
- Purple: Faster movement (higher speeds).
- Dark blue: Moderate speed, slower than purple.
- Light blue: Low speed, close to stopping.
- White: Location updates without consistent speed or intermittent signal.
- Green: Slow, active movement (e.g., walking or indoors)
