How to: Change Language, Time Zone, and Time Format

This guide shows you how to adjust the language, time zone, and time format settings for your entire account. You can choose from three available languages: English, Spanish and German, to ensure the platform is displayed in your preferred language.

Step 1: To access these settings, go to Company Settings. You can get there by clicking the dropdown menu under your profile and selecting Company, or by going to Settings at the bottom of the main menu and selecting Company Settings.

Step 2: From the menu on the left, click the Company Settings tab.

Step 3: In the General section, you will find the options to change your preferences.

• Language: Use the dropdown menu to select your preferred language. Hellotracks is available in English, Spanish, and German.
• Time format: Choose between the 24-hour format and the 12-hour (AM/PM) format.
• Time zone: Select your time zone to ensure all timestamps are accurate.

Step 4: After making your selections, click OK to save your changes.
