How to: Edit Forms

You can easily modify existing forms to update questions, change details, or add new fields to meet evolving needs.

Step 1: From the main menu, go to the Insights section and click Forms.

Step 2: Click on the specific form you wish to modify.

Step 3: Make your desired edits. Modify existing questions, add new questions, or adjust the form's title and description.

Step 4: After completing all your edits, click the Save.
