How to: Edit Forms

This guide shows you how to edit existing forms. You can easily modify your forms to update questions, change details, or add new fields as your data collection needs evolve, ensuring your team always has the right form to fill out.

Step 1: From the main menu, go to the Insights section and click Forms.

Step 2: Click on the specific form you wish to modify.

Step 3: Make your desired edits. Modify existing questions, add new questions, or adjust the form's title and description.

Step 4: After completing all your edits, click the Save.
