How to: Add an Existing Member

If a team member created a user account separately on the mobile app, you can create and share an invite code to add their existing account to your Hellotracks Business account. 

Step 1: Go to Members from the Manage section of the main menu.

Step 2: Click Create new invite code.

Step 3: Copy and share the invite code.

What your team member needs to do on the mobile app:

  1. Open the main menu ().
  2. Tap Teams.
  3. Select Join or create a new team.
  4. Enter the invite code, then tap Join.

If the team member is unable to join using the invite code and you still receive a ‘User already exists.’ error when trying to add them to your Hellotracks Business account, please ask the Administrator to contact us directly via support@hellotracks.com for assistance.
