How to: Use AI Assistant

This guide explains how to access and utilize the AI Assistant in Hellotracks, providing quick help with dispatch tasks or answering your questions.

Step 1: Click the Open AI Assistant icon in the top right corner.

Step 2: Select your assistant. You’ll see two options:

• Dispatch Assistant: Helps create and manage tasks related to Jobs.
• Help Assistant: Provides answers to your inquiries and questions. 

Step 3: Enter your request in the chat box.
