How to Optimize Route (Mobile App)
This guide shows you how to optimize your daily route. By using this feature, you can quickly reorder your jobs for the most efficient path, helping you save time and fuel while completing your tasks.
Step 1: Open the Hellotracks app on your Apple or Android device.
Step 2: Tap Jobs to see the list of your Jobs for the day.
Step 3: Tap Optimize. This will reorder your Jobs for the fastest route possible.
Note: If your administrator has enabled route optimization for workers, you can optimize as many times as you need during the day. If jobs are added, completed or cancelled, tap Optimize again to reorder your remaining jobs.
If you don't see the Optimize button, route optimization has been turned off for your account. Contact your administrator.
